Vickie Jill Durham, age 66, of Fayetteville, TN, passed away on Monday, October 27, 2025, at her residence. She was born on February 14, 1959, daughter of the late Tom & Sarah Jean Patterson Simmons. Ms. Durham was a nurse’s aide. She also enjoyed puzzles, watching holiday cartoons and detective shows, and worked as a daycare teacher.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother: Ricky Simmons.

She is survived by her sons: Joseph (Alysha) Miles, Josh (Shannon) Hone, Thomas (Hollie) Miles and Jeffrey Miles; ten grandchildren; sister: Lori (Mark) Edmunds; and brother: Tommy (Sheila) Simmons.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, October 31, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. in the chapel of Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home with Patricia Moore and Rev. Tim Sheilds officiating. Burial will follow in Stewarts Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home.
