James Mitchell Reed, age 57, of Fayetteville, TN, passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2024. He was born in South Pittsburgh, TN on December 17, 1967, to the late Louis Mabrey “Bob” and Della Ann Reed. Mitchell worked as a truck driver.

Mr. Reed is survived by his wife: Tammy Reed; two daughters: Susan Bowen (Nathan McCleskey) and Ginger (Matt) Snodgrass; one sister: Sharon (Thomas) Brown; one brother: Bobby Neal (Darlene) Reed; eight grandchildren: Kimerson, Keegan, Brantley, Kylee, Maddie, Emma, Addison and Colton; bonus son: Aaron Chaney and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 28, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home. Visitation will be Saturday from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
