Annie “Marie” Anderson, age 57, of Fayetteville, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at Donalson Care Center. Marie was born in Fayetteville on April 14, 1968, to late Roy and Annie Anderson. Marie graduated from Lincoln County High School, Class 1986. She would continue her education at Motlow State Community College, where she earned her associate’s degree in business. Marie was employed by Cosmolab/Schwan Cosmetics for over twenty years.

Marie loved being a mother and a grandmother. She also loved blues and gospel music, church goings on Sunday, watching the Tennessee Titans and Alabama play football, and watching wrestling.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Annie Anderson and by her children’s father, Ronnie Allen.

She leaves to cherish her memories two sons: Adrian and Alex Allen; one grandchild: Aniko Pride; one sister: Elaine Anderson; three bonus grandchildren: Kyion Jones and Shawn and Asia Fields; special friends: Tiffany Bass, Angela Scott, Doris Stewart, Donna Lyles, Krystal Hanes, Brenda Rogers, Camilla Wright, Wynedda Bryson, Brittanie Fields, Fonda Henderson, and Paula Thomas; special cousins: Kathleen Bass, Shelia Hall, Kejuan Shepard and Lonnie Edmiston, and a host of cousins and friends. The family would like to thank the staff at both Lincoln Medical Center and Donalson Care Center.

A Celebration of Life service will be conducted on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Gallant Riverview Funeral Home with Rev. Dezi Fletcher officiating. Repast will follow at West End CPCA.
