Billy Lynn Crabtree, age 78, passed away on Monday, April 13, 2026, at his residence. He was born in Lincoln County, Tennessee on December 28, 1947, to the late Ural “Bill” & Mary Snell McMillen Crabtree.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother: Walter Thomas Crabtree.

He is survived by his wife: Melinda Ruth Crabtree; daughter: Karen L. (Justin) Crabtree; son: Jeffery L. Crabtree; and grandchild: Easton Tillman Crabtree.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. in Unity Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
