Katina Bell lived a life filled with love, laughter, resilience and unwavering faith. She was born to Lena Mae Hall and Anthony Allen, Sr. on May 29, 1973. With her three younger siblings, Anthony Kimberly and Sean Allen, following her. She took her position as a big sister and second mother very seriously.
So seriously that soon after graduating from Lincoln County High School Katina got married and gave birth to her greatest joys her two beautiful daughters, Alexus and Ashley Edmonson. After her first marriage, her journey led her to Albany, GA. There she met the love of her life, Phillip A. Bell, and after a short but meaningful courtship, they got married on December 14, 2004. Together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and deep devotion.
Determined to follow her dreams Katina pursued her passion for Psychology, earning a B.S. degree from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN. Her education didn’t stop there – she went on to achieve a double Master’s degree in Management and Industrial Organizational Psychology from the same institution. She also chose to further her education of the Lord and Graduated from Bible College as well. Through her education and wisdom she touched countless lives, always seeking ways to uplift and empower those around her.
Despite enduring long battles with injury and illness, Katina never let any hardship define her. She served every community she was a part of offering kindness, encouragement, and a steadfast faith that inspired everyone she met. Her strength was not just in her perseverance but in her ability to bring joy and hope to others, even when she faced struggles of her own.
Katina leaves behind her loving husband, Phillip Anthony Bell; her cherished daughters, Alexus P. Edmonson and Ashley N. Edmonson (Timothy A. Malone, Sr.); her bonus daughter, Nateasa Griffin; her precious grandsons, Christopher P. Edmonson, Daylen A. Edmonson, Kassim A. Malone, and Timothy A. Malone, Jr.; a cherished niece/ second daughter, Treyanna Henderson; her brothers, Anthony Allen and Sean Allen, and her sister, Kimberly Flint. She is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends who loved her deeply and will forever carry her memory in their hearts.
Katina’s life was a testament to love, faith, and resilience. Though our hearts are heavy, we rejoice in the beautiful legacy she leaves behind. She has fought the good fight and finished her race and now rests in the arms of our savior. She will be dearly missed but never forgotten.

A Celebration of Katina’s life will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at 12:00 noon at The Rock Family Worship Center Fayetteville.
