Joyce Ann Halcomb, age 80, of Taft, TN, passed away on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Highpoint Health Winchester. She was born on August 23, 1945, in Akron, OH, the daughter of the late Floyd Albert & Annie Leoma Bates Rush. She was a retired registered nurse.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, A.C. Guthrie and daughter, Mari Melissa Guthrie.

She is survived by her son: Floyd (Vickie) Halcomb; grandchildren: Isiah Halcomb, Brian Williams, William Tipton, Victoria Williams and Melina Williams; great granddaughter: Novaleigh Flynt; sister: Martha Rush; and nephews: Scott Vinson and Timothy Tielking.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. in the chapel of Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home with Pastor Jason Ashley. Burial will follow in Stateline Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
