John Albert “Jack” Millen, age 77, of Fayetteville, TN, passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN. He was born September 13, 1946, in Hartford, CT, son of the late Donald Dennison Millen and Mary Louise Nelson Millen. Jack was a retired state inspector for the State Of California and a member of the Fayetteville Church Of God. He was a veteran of the United States Navy.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister: Janet Millen.

Jack is survived by his wife: Mary Ann Millen of Fayetteville, TN; daughter: Katie (Shayne) House of Maryville, TN; stepdaughter: Gabrielle Rosas of Chicago, IL; stepson: Zachary Rosas of California; grandchildren: Kylie, Halie, Allie, Ivan, Carsen, Caden, Gracie, and Christopher; sister: Debbie Lines (Tom) of Windsor, CT; and pet: Ginger.

No services are planned for Mr. Millen.
