Hunter Randall Nichols, age 34, of Fayetteville, TN, passed away on Wednesday, December 31, 2025. He was born in Huntsville, AL on May 15, 1991, to Randall and Kimberly Nichols. Hunter was a farmer, a member of Maranatha Baptist Church, and a beloved son and brother.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Wayne Nichols, and uncle, Anthony Nichols.

Survivors include his parents: Randall and Kimberly Nichols of Fayetteville, TN; sister: Brooke Rebekka Nichols Hagood and husband, Chris, of Athens, AL; brother: Trapper Eli Nichols and wife, Haley, of Huntsville, AL; nephews: Wardon Graham Hagood, Rowan Jinx Nichols, and expected nephew, Sylas Hunter Nichols; maternal grandparents: Joe and Marie Pendergrass of Fayetteville, TN; paternal grandmother: Carolyn Nichols of Mississippi; aunts and uncles: Kristy and Brent Clark and Kelly and Wes Hutcheson; LeAnne Nichols, Marlon and Ashley Nichols, Steven and Hayley Nichols; and numerous cousins, family, and friends who will miss him.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. in the chapel of Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Nichols, Marlon Nichols and Steven Nichols officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
