Gary Lewis Nunley, age 57, of Fayetteville, TN, passed away on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at Lynchburg Nursing Center. He was born in Lincoln County, TN on December 14, 1967, to the late Lewis Dred Nunley & Rowetta Nunley, who survives.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his sister: Loretta Lynn Ragsdale.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Nunley is survived by his daughter: Tabitha Dawn Nunley; one grandchild; aunts: Melvina (Mike) Anderson and Wanda Mooney; uncles: Tony (Linda) Martin, Hugh D. Martin and Alvin Martin; nephew: Cody (Heather) Ragsdale; and great nephew: Lewis Paul Ragsdale.

Funeral services for Mr. Nunley will be held on Sunday, August 3, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home with Randall Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Bostick Cemetery. Visitation is Sunday from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.
