Fred Morgan Currey, Jr., age 83, of Flintville, TN, passed away on Friday, May 30, 2025, at Manchester Center for Rehab. He was born in Lincoln County, TN, on August 10, 1941, son of the late Fred Morgan Currey, Sr. and Ruby Elizabeth Reid Currey. Mr. Currey was a member of the Flintville First Baptist Church and a member of the Loyal Order Moose Lodge #1007.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter: Misty Sue Shelton; and brother-in-law: Clyde Womack.

Survivors include his sons: Eddy (Sarah) Currey and Troy Currey; grandchildren: Cody Lynn Shelton, Laura Elizabeth Currey, Marcie Currey, Angela Morgan (Shane) Echols and Jaida Shelton; nine great grandchildren; and sister: Barbara Jean Womack.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 2, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in Flintville Cemetery with Rev. Josh Moran officiating and Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
