Frances Dean Luttrell, age 86, of Flintville, TN passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2026. She was born in Madison County, AL on September 11, 1939, to the late George Clifton Hall and Alta Hall Newman. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband: Hershel Luttrell; one son: Johnny Shockley; one sister: Erline Kilpatrick; one brother: Jack Robert Hall: and two great grandchildren: Macey Leigh Summers and Elizhah Jakob Anderson-Moore. She was a member of the Howell Hill Church of Christ

Survivors include one daughter: Sandra (William) Cox of Manchester, TN; two sons: Randy (Amy) Shockley of Flintville, TN and Stevie (Ann) Shockley of W. Memphis, AR.; one sister: Georgia Mae Foster; nine grandchildren: Nikki, Bradley, Natasha, Misty, Daryl, Cale, Chasity, Lee and Justin; twelve great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., in the chapel of Gallant – Riverview Funeral Home with Ronnie Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in Stateline Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
