Patricia Fay Fisher, age 71, of Fayetteville, TN, passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Elk River Health and Nursing Center. She was born on December 30, 1953, in Lincoln County, TN, daughter of the late William Hathie & Gemella Quick Hopkins. She worked as a waitress and she enjoyed plants and gardening.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, W.H. Hopkins and Ricky Hopkins.

She is survived by her daughter: Teresa Pirtle; son: Keith Pierce; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sisters: Mildred Woods, Agnes Stafford, Rita Oeasar, Juanita Stafford, Mamie Everett, Patsy Shockley and Kay McDonald; and brothers: Donnie Hopkins, Alex Hopkins and Howard Hopkins.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home with burial to follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
