Eula Nelle Moorehead, age 79, of Fayetteville, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2026. She was born on December 9, 1946, to the late Buford and Vicie Green Watson. She enjoyed home interior decorating and was a member of the Church of Christ.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband: Thomas Eugene “Gene” Moorehead; daughter: Tammy Renell Moorehead; son: Bryon Moorehead; sisters: Marie Stovall and Vannie Melton; and brothers: Douglas Watson, Clyde Watson, and Charles Watson.

Survivors include one son: Robert Steven “Steve” Moorehead; sister: Margaret (Davie) Ashley; three nieces; six nephews and several great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Friday, March 13, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., in the chapel of Gallant – Riverview Funeral Home with Tim Rice officiating. Burial will follow in Elora Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
