Elmina “Moody” Smith Cribbs, age 84, of Flintville, TN passed away on Friday, January 23, 2026, at Donalson Care Center. She was born in Lincoln County, TN on March 15, 1941, to the late Altie Smith. She was a former restaurant cook.

In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by her daughter: Sandra Lewis, Cheryl Smith and Peggy Cross; sons: Larry Worley and Mackie Worley; sisters: Etha Mooney and Barbara Wilburn; and brother: Chuck Wilburn.

She is survived by her daughter: Debbie Parker of Flintville, TN; sons: William Worley of Flintville, TN and Richard McDonald of Scottsboro, AL; eighteen grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and sister: Faye Lamay.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Hollingsworth officiating. Burial will follow in Gum Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
