Edna Beech Vaughn, age 87, of Yukon, TN, passed away on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at Donalson Care Center in Fayetteville, TN. She was born December 23, 1935, daughter of the late Albert J. Beech and Avis Swinford Beech. She worked as a seamstress for Blue Ridge Shirt Manufacturing and was a member of the Camargo Church of Christ.



In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband: William ‘Sonny’ Rufus Vaughn; son: Jeffery Wayne Vaughn; sisters: Lorener Burns, Dorothy Ayers and Essie Baugher; and brothers: Lawson Beech and Albert Louis Beech.

Mrs. Vaughn is survived by her son: Billy Ray (Gay) Beech of Coldwater, TN, granddaughters: Casey (Andy) Davis of Vanntown, TN and Haley (Aaron) Blackwell of Tuscaloosa, AL; great grandchildren: Ben Davis, Ellie Davis, Lola Davis, Blair Blackwell, and Mark Blackwell; sisters-in-law: Pat Beech of Portland, TN and Shirley Beech of Lees Summitt, MO.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, October 9, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home with Greg Wiser officiating. Burial will follow in Prosperity Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Monday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. before the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Camargo Church of Christ or the charity of your choice.
