Deborah Kay Gulley, age 69, of Kelso, TN, passed away on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at Select Specialty Hospital in Nashville, TN. She was born July 22, 1954, daughter of the late Roy Lee and Mary Evelyn McWhirter Hill. She was the owner-operator of Shrader’s Restaurant.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sisters: Myrtle Lee Smith, Exie Juanita Pamplin; brothers: Roy Dean Hill, William M. Hill, Floyd Edward Hill, Jackie Lynn Hill.

Mrs. Gulley is survived by her husband: Ronnie Wayne Gulley; daughters: Tammy Renee Shouse, Trenia Michelle (Randy) Fults, Andrea Dawn (Zack) Brewer; sons: Troy Justin Glover, Dustin Russell Wilson; sister: Pamela Jo (Melvin) McCoy; brothers: Robert Earl (Linda) Hill, Jerry Ray (Anita) Hill, Tony (Cheryl) Hill, David Lee (Dawn) Hill; three grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be conducted on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. at Gum Springs Cemetery with Rev. Eddie Graves officiating. Visitation will be at Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
