Deborah Annette Rush Barlow, age 66, of Flintville, TN, passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at Donalson Care Center. Mrs. Barlow was born in Lincoln County, TN on November 17, 1958, daughter of the late Charles Edwin Rush and Nancy Louise Garner, who survives.

In addition to her father, Mrs. Barlow is preceded in death by her husband: Thomas Edison Barlow.

Mrs. Barlow is survived by her daughter: Angel Dyer, son: Robert Thomas Barlow, sister: Danita Sharlene (Tony) Ramsey, two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home with Rev. William Pritchett officiating.
