Charles Franklin Martin, age 90, of Estill Springs, TN, passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at Life Care Center in Tullahoma, TN. He was born on January 13, 1936, in Trion, Georgia, to the late Frank Adams & Virginia Elizabeth Crutchfield Martin. Mr. Martin was a veteran of the United States Navy and worked as an electrician at AEDC.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister: Joanne Burkhart; and brother: James Edward Martin.

He is survived by his wife: Annie Faye Martin; daughter: Brenda Faye (Larry) Hays; son: James Franklin (Kathy Ann Lowery) Martin; grandchildren: David (Jena) Martin, Jonathan (Cammie) Martin, Hannah (Austin) Field, Amanda (Joe) Thompson, Bruce (Savannah) Brown, Shelly (Robby) Rich, Shebie (Daniel) Barker and Michael (Emily) Hays; great grandchildren: Willow Martin, Garisan Martin, Charles “Colt” Martin, Amelia Rayman, Cadence Thompson, Tanner Thompson, Emma Brown, Gracie Brown, Jayden Rich, Bryson Rich, Logan Rich, Grayson Ray, Ramsey Barker, Kincaid Barker, Mason Hays, Brenlee Hays, Cason Hays and Westin Hays; and great-great grandchild: Baylor Thompson.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., in the chapel of Gallant – Riverview Funeral Home and John Digiovani, Ralph Hohl and Melody Digiovani officiating. Burial will follow in Macedonia Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
