Billy Wayne Webb, age 84, of Fayetteville, TN, passed away on January 4, 2026, at his residence. He was born on June 12, 1941, in Lincoln County, TN. Mr. Webb retired from Lincoln County Highway Department.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Frances Victoria Webb.

Mr. Webb is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Patsy Deal Webb; five sons: Wayne (Susan) Webb, Joe Webb (the late Judy Stovall), Mike Webb, Steven (Candy) Webb and Kevin (Jennifer) Webb; three sisters; one brother. He was blessed with twenty-two grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 9, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home with Ronnie Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in Stewarts Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home.
