Billy Joe Franklin, age 65, of Elora, TN, passed away Friday, November 22, 2024, at Elk River Health and Rehab. He was born in Lincoln County, TN on September 1, 1959, son of the late Ernie and Taffy Tucker Franklin. Mr. Franklin was a farmer.

Mr. Franklin is survived by his daughters: Christy (Chad) Rooks and Patricia (Aaron) Daniels; sons: Rickey (Keri) Franklin and

Roy (Kricket) Franklin; eleven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and sisters: Margaret Tucker and Dolly Snoddy.

Graveside services will be held on Sunday, November 24, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. in Prosperity Cemetery with Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home in charge.
