Barbara Ann Templeton, age 73, of Fayetteville, TN passed away on Friday, May 1, 2026, at Lincoln Medical Center. She was born in Scottsville, KY on November 4, 1952, to the late Goldman & Ruby Christine Sheilds Marion. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, knitting and her pets.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband: Ralph Phil Templeton.

She is survived by her son: Coby (Tina) Templeton; grandchildren: Emily Alexandria Templeton and Alyssa Grace Templeton; and brothers: Charles Marion and Jerry (Marcia) Marion.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., in the chapel of Gallant – Riverview Funeral Home with Doug Farris officiating. Burial will follow in Prosperity Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to the Lincoln County Animal Shelter or the American Alzheimer's Association.
